One of our key practices is utilizing wet cutting techniques, which involve using wet suppressed tools and machinery when cutting materials. By introducing water into the cutting process, we effectively suppress the dust generated, significantly reducing the likelihood of airborne particles.

Additionally, we have implemented a comprehensive water misting system designed to suppress any remaining dust in the air. This system activates automatically every 7 minutes, releasing a fine mist that captures and drops particles to the floor, where they are then directed into our advanced filtration system.

To further safeguard our workers, we have introduced new design breathable masks that have undergone fit testing. These masks ensure that operators breathe fresh, clean air directly, minimizing the risk of inhaling harmful particles.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe environment, we conduct annual quality air testing to verify that our facilities are free from dust contaminants. These tests enable us to identify and address any potential concerns promptly, ensuring that our operations meet stringent safety standards.
